100% Q: If I switch to another ReMax agent will the new agent know that I first worked with a different agent?

My current agent (Remax) is not working good for me. I'd like to change to a new agent (also Remax). Will they know? I am talking about buyers agent here. and i haven't signed any contract.

A:They will. Especially if they work in the same office. But if the first agent didn't work that well, then it their fault so i wouldn't care what the first agent thought. MY ADVICE?- don't go with a friend that is in real estate to sell your house. I did this same thing a couple of months ago. I didn't work out.

100% Q: I thought I might have seen a commercial for this? Is there a real estate co like Remax that buys back houses?

I thought I have seen an ad with Remax or some other real estate company saying they would buy your house if you wanted to sell. I assume would also need to use them to look for a new house also. Has anyone done this? How did it work out for you?

A:There are plenty of investment companies out there that will buy your house. Most of them do not buy at retail value (especially not in a declining market). They are easy to find. Just go in the classified section of your local paper, and look for ads that say something like "I buy houses". There are many tools they can use to buy your house. Make sure you get a professional to look over any offers before you sign anything.

I am purchaing a home through a remax agent. She has charged me $250 for compliance fees? What are these charges? Is it costomary. Any Advice will be very helpful Thanks in Advance

A:Why wouldn't you ask your agent to clarify what the charges are? If you feel that his or her answer is unsatisfactory, then ask the agent's broker, or find a new agent. There may be a perfectly reasonable answer to your question. Certainly don't pay a penny if you don't know why you're paying it.

100% Q: What can broker do if salesperson is not paying desk fee and francise fee for remax?

A:It is no wonder your not able to pay them, your lack of intellect prohibits you from being a sucessful agent. Go back to the used car business.
