"The Customer Satisfaction Program ™ is effective based on the terms and conditions in place at the time of purchase. "For rings purchased July 1, 2002 - June 30, 2006, the CSP is in effect for four years from the date of purchase. 50% Q: Herff Jones Class Rings?

I was wondering if it would be possible to trade in the ring I purchased from last year and replace it with a new one if it was the same price. I am not happy with the appearance of my current ring. I looked at their website, but found nothing that could help. Any ideas? or have any of you experienced something similar? Thanks for any input.

A:They said a bunch of things they'll do for your ring, but I don't think trade for a new one is one of them, but you can call them and try.

A:Generally you can't unless there's something cosemtically wrong with the ring -- the jewel falls out, etc. Just because you don't like doesn't mean you can trade it in. Trust me-- my little sister tried. You can pay to have it altered though.
