college graduation poems

My son is graduating his year and has been thru a lot since he was 10. He used to be really bad in school and has totally turned around. He's into football, getting good grades and enrolled in College. I want to do something special to show ho proud I am! Even just a poem or SOMETHING. Any good ideas?

I need a poem for my daughter who will be graduating from the 8th grade. I can only find high school and college graduation poems. Anyone know of a poem that is suiting to this occasion? Thanks!

Help! I am trying to think of a candy bar poem or just sentences for my cousin's graduation - you know - the poems made with candy bar names. He graduated from high school and is going on to college. Thanks so much for any poems or just ideas! :o)

My niece and nephew are graduating from high school today and we're giving them each a signed baseball and baseball card from when they played t-ball 13 years ago. We've kept them nice all these years and they've come so far and full circle, heading off to college in a couple months. The quote we put in their yearbook was something like "From picking the grass in T-ball to Varsity sports, you can do anything! We're so proud of you!" My niece played Varsity tennis and my nephew was on Varsity track. Can anyone think of a poem (or two separate ones - one for each of them since they are boy and girl twins) that would be suitable to give them to go along with their gifts? To be clear, the baseballs are ones that we had them sign themselves when they were 5 and the baseball cards are the ones featuring them and their own stats at the time :-) Thank you!
