century 21 canada

If I attned Real Estate school for Century 21 within Canada, does that qualify me 1) for education and 2) haing a recognized job offer if the Real Estate office sends me for my Real Estate License to retain me after I complete and pass the course?

This has been posted several times and we Cdns have come down on Amercians saying there is NO advantage in moving to the US. However I came up with an advantage to being American, (not moving to the US) and that is that if I had been American I could have sued the hell out of Century 21 when the roof of a building they owned fell in on me. Instead of legal justice I am left permanently disabled, broke, unable to work fulltime and pretty much homeless. In Canada because of WCB we cant sue when accidents like this happen at work. We have to let the WCB legal dept "handle it" and because they are on the side of employers that means they wont do a thing. And we all know what WCB coverage is worth - worse than nothing because it takes away the legal rights of employees and leaves them with nothing. Americans have access to the legal system that Cdns dont have, because it too expensive for most Cdns to ever take anyone to court, no matter what they do. You're right I dont know what lawyers charge in the US but in Canada if you cant slap down a retainer of between $35,000.00 and $60,000.00 they wont even talk to you. And thats just the retainer not the acutal bill and court costs etc. Lawyers charge about $180 and $480 oops from $180 to $480 an hour Workers Comp varies from province to province, BC has the worst. In a lot of other provinces they review your income after you are declared disabled and re-assess your pension award, they dont do that in BC. among other things they dont do, that WCB does in other provinces

All of us would agree that the finals of 03-04 and 05-06 are right now the 2 best of the new century so far. However I cannot decide on which of these 2 since both finals are very similar to each other. Both series had a higher seed team in the Eastern Conference vs. lower seed teams(both from Canada) from the Western Conference. 1. Both series went to game 7 with a 1 goal deficit with less than 10 minutes to go in regulation time after the losing teams( Edmonton and Calgary ) erased the 2-0 lead the cup winners( Tampa, Carolina) had going into the 3rd period. 2. The Tampa-Calgary series went back and fourth with wins and Calgary was an overtime goal away from the cup in game 6 on home ice in a series were there was never a change in the lead, Tampa won back to back games 6 and 7. However, 06-07 series Edmonton came back from 3-1 down and lost game 7. Both series could have went either way!! I could add more but I'm limited here on word count. I didn't include them since it was a 2 goal lead since the 2nd period, the Devils never made it a 1 goal game like the 2 series that I mentioned!!! correction I mean the Devils never made it a 1 goal game unlike what Edmonton and Carolina did.
